I’ve been going to this laundromat for over 10 years. They do a wonderful job with the wash and fold that I will never do my laundry again. They do such a great job and it’s a great price.
My first visit was met with lots of questions. I approached “Dawn” with every aspect of how to get started. Even though she was extremely busy she was so patient with me and my questions. I had a lot of laundry and got to witness her work ethic. She was always working doing things for others as well as her own work. I can see what a valuable employee she is! I will definitely return with how clean she keeps the laundromat and how helpful she is. Thank you.
I live right near the "other" laundromat on New Haven Road. I started using the Washing Machine when the other place closed temporarily due to fire damage. I'm definitely willing to take the trip across town from now on. The Washing Machine is much bigger and brighter and the dryers actually DRY your clothes (see my review on The Wash Z-n-) regarding dryers.

I had such a wonderful experience at this laundromat! The space was spotless, well-organized, and felt very safe and welcoming. What really made my visit special was how kind and helpful the owner was, especially since I came in with my newborn daughter. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, and her kindness truly meant a lot. It’s rare to find such genuine, caring service these days. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!
