Daniel and James are the best in the business. Not only are they experts and extremely knowledgeable, they are on the cutting edge. They helped me find two beautiful pieces for my wife and their customer service will continue to bring me back. I dont shop for jewelry anywhere else. They did not know…a year ago my son purchased a bracelet for me from a large department store. Overpaid for poor quality. The clasp broken and needed sizing. Onyx came recommended from a frequent customer. I brought it in. They fix it, resized it and made me earrings from the leftover. I was impressed. Told my son if he was to buy jewelry again, to go there.

So he went this year for Christmas. He felt so out of place walking into this amazing establishment…here he was in his work boots and coveralls-out of his element. They treated him like he was buying the most expensive gift in the store, made him feel welcomed. I absolutely love the necklace! Thank you fellas.

Simply amazing people who run the operation, actually went to grammar school with Daniel, great guy, passionate about his work, always been a highly empathetic person and caring. Daniel has been helping out my mother a lot with a situation and some of her jewelry. I can’t express my gratitude, and thanks to him for his caring attitude and empathetic demeanor. Again, they are a cut above the rest of the jewelers out there.

This place is so beautiful as well as the owners! I went in to get my wedding ring fixed because the stones were loose, it took around a week and a half which was within the timeline they say online. When I went to pick up my ring I was like are there new diamonds in here? It looked so perfect and beautifully clean. Definitely recommend this place for finding beautiful jewelry or getting it fixed. The owners are amazing and so nice. 😊

I can not recommend this jewelry store enough. I came to James and Daniel to shop for my now fiancé’s engagement ring on recommendation from my future brother in law, and they made the process so easy, but also so enjoyable!! Their expertise, recommendations and knowledge were unbelievably helpful, and they were also so receptive to any input or wants or suggestions I had to find the perfect ring. I was using a family heirloom diamond for the ring, and they made a stone that was originally purchased in 1985 look totally brand new! I proposed this past weekend and my fiancé is obsessed with how beautiful her ring is. We will absolutely be returning to select our wedding bands. Thank you James and Daniel!!
