Wolcott Dog Park at Peterson Memorial Park in Wolcott, CT. Decent sized space with bags and trash - but no water, even in the non winter seasons. Friendly people and dogs.
Grass groubd cover needs a little TLC.

My Grandma donated the land for Peterson Park 60 years ago and I am extremely proud she did. It’s a GREAT and BEAUTIFUL park. I remember hiking there when I was young (early 1960’s) and I loved every minute of my many walks. Wolcott please take care of this beautiful park - you are very lucky to have this wonderful park.

Something for everyone. Walking trail to the waterfalls, playscape for the kids. There are tennis and basketball courts. Skate park and a few pavilions to rest or host a party. Would be nice if they could incorporate some kind of water spout/fountain feature for the kids in town during the summer. Plenty of room for it. Dog-friendly.
