Poster Frame Depot

I wasnt happy with the customer service not helpful or apologetic when I called about having the wrong size for the print I ordered. When I explained how the print website didn't list actual size just image size she said "ya we get that all the time I'll send you our return policy." I know they are not responsible for the other companies messing up my measurement but I didn't feel valued as a customer they had their 25% restocking fee and that's all they cared about.

Love vintage, love posters on my walls and love music, therefor I entrusted the people at Poster Frame to handle this one VERY special piece of art (well, at least to me Haha!) They did an incredible job and this is now a conversation piece amongst my friends and I who LOVE opera and well, even those who don´t. Easy, fast, professional work and reasonably priced! What´s not to love?

I recently received my frame for my Muppets poster and I couldn't be happier with the result! The instructions of assembly were so easy to follow, honestly I had my doubts when ordering because I don't like the "assemble your own" kind of products, but these frames are so easy to assemble, and the final outcome is amazing, my friends can't believe I actually pulled that together :) Thank you so much for your video tutorial and customer service you guys rock!

We ordered a frame from them and it didn't fit so we got an RMA from them to send it back. They denied the RMA without telling us and kept the frame and the money.
