I wanted to articulate some elements of my stay at The Grand rehabilitation facility. Nearly every aspect of my experience here exceeded all of my expectations. No one was more instrumental in my positive experience here than Tonia, the unit manager. From advocating for me regarding meals and laundry, to putting in place the mechanisms in place to facilitate the quick, seamless details of my discharge. I would gladly recommend this facility to anyone in need of care.
We have tried multiple other places to accommodate my grandmother, and she has not been pleased with most of them, she is very picky. The grand rehab rehabilitation and nursing center has finally made her happy, she enjoys the staff and accommodation is very much. Highly recommended.
This place does NOT deserve the poor Google rating it has!
Everyone here is so NICE!
My room is cleaned spotless and sanitary daily, the kitchens are clean, the dining room is clean, and everywhere else is too! MUCH cleaner than St. Luke's Hospital I can tell you!
Ok so the food kinda sucks, but the food sucks at EVERY institutionalized facility there is, from school lunches to prison food.
We are treated like living, breathing human beings here!
The staff is kind and helpful!
Their PT and OT departments are TOP NOTCH!!!
I have advanced more here in 2 WEEKS than I did in a MONTH at Taconic of Beacon, and NOBODY is lying to me or gaslighting me!
