I hate dealing with dealerships. I had a Harley 883 that I no longer ride since having kids and tried to sell it back where I bought it and I won’t discuss that here but they treated me exactly in the way that makes people avoid dealerships so I brought it to Powerhouse instead.

Powerhouse kept me in the loop on the whole process, showed me the entire report they did after looking at the bike and explained everything with full transparency (all of which I knew and agreed with) , the owners mom came in ( I didn’t know at the time ) and she was so sweet to me, they helped a young boy fix a cheap chinese electric dirt bike even though it clearly wasn’t the place for it , I watched them let another young boy come in with his mom simply because she said he liked motorcycles and he let him look around and made the kids whole day, every single staff member had a smile on their face and nobody was doing sleezeball uncomfortable salesman tactics that make us all avoid dealerships.

The offer he gave me was more than fair and I took it on the spot. They didn’t ask me to write a review , they didn’t try to convince me to trade instead , and if I had the means financially , I probably would’ve given them the bike for free based on how kind and honest they were.

Everyone else I watched come in was clearly having the same experience I had.

Would give 10 stars if I could.

First time buying from Israel and it was a pleasurable experience. Will come back for service and any future purchases.

So I see this bike online at this local area shop I drive past like daily. I drop them a note explaining my interest in a bike posted, but not yet for sale. (really trying to beat the rush) Within days I'm phoned back. Schedule a visit to view in person. Zero pressure environment. The process moves quickly, financing, registration, bike even stored away (for a fee) until ready to collect. Service team gave me some practical new rider advice, performed some mods and made sure everything was in order at pickup. Mark in service is a huge asset to have available should you have rider questions. Entire team is super. These day's I'm riding about, building experience/confidence. Could not be happier with my choice of motorcycle. When it comes time to transition to the next bike, I'll absolutely revisit Powerhouse. ++A
