I can't say enough good things about The Field of Plumbing & Heating. We had a sudden leak showing in our dining room ceiling this morning, right below our upstairs bathroom. The owner himself came out on the call, cut a small hole, advised how to fix the hole itself, solved the plumbing issue in our shower, and charged a reasonable rate, especially for a holiday weekend. And then cleaned up after himself in the bathroom. Looks like nothing happened. You're my hero, Chris!
Chris came out to replace pipes that had been stolen from a flip. He squeezed us in and gave a fair price. My husband has used him for years due to his honest opinion and knowledge.
Field Plumbing is the best. They work so hard to get their work done in a timely manner. We had two emergency situations and Chris was on top of both of them. He's also super honest and didn't overcharge. We were expecting to pay so much more for the work and he ended up charging LESS than what he quoted. Recommend highly.
Chris was on it immediately. I had a issue with a leak when I took a shower. I called first thing this morning. He got here late morning, looked at the issue, diagnosed it, told me what part I needed and where to go for it. (Up the street at the plumbing supply company. I could have walked.) Meanwhile Chris had other customers so when I got the part I called his shop. Within 3 hours he and one of his men were here, found something else that needed attention, fixed everything, all in the same day. He also gave me a senior discount. His price was very reasonable to begin with. I highly recommend Field Plumbing and Heating on West Main in Plainville. Old fashion one on one service and prices you could live with. Nice we still have these small businesses around, but becoming fewer all the time. Totally recommend these folks.
I called Field Plumbing with an issue with my furnace. (No heat) Chris came and got it going. He made a couple of suggestion to maybe stop it from happening again. A week later I had them do a follow-up call to do additional work. Chris was on time. Did the work in a timely fashion. It nice to deal with a professional that knows what it takes to make it right.
