I always find something unique at The Red Owl from jewelry to clothing to kids to self-care and one-of-a-kind items; it's my 'go-to' store! The owner, Laurie, and her staff make you feel welcome from the moment you step in inside. It's a great shopping experience! Shop Local.
I really like Red Owl when you want to pick out something special for someone. There are a lot of thoughtful things unique to Cheshire or special occasions that you wouldn’t find just anywhere. I also love that they gift wrap it for you! I would love to see the clothing options expand however, keeping a small selection is probably important to this type of shop. Reminds me of the shops you see along a boardwalk or on vacation. Crafty, unique, quality. I purchased a few personalized gifts including a Christmas ornament that says “no place like home for the holidays” with the town zip code. I can’t wait to give it to my daughter when she comes home for Christmas, so cute!
I have to give a huge shout out to my favorite local gift shop in our town!
I love this store so much! Since we moved here almost 3 years ago, I try to always buy here first when I’m shopping for a gift!
Saturday night we were packing for the beach when we decided if we got rid of our hard cooler, we would have more room in our trunk with a soft cooler!
It’s SATURDAY NIGHT when we come up with this grand idea!
I knew I had just received an email from Red Owl regarding bags so I looked to see if they had one!
They did! So I went to order it online, knowing I would pick it up this week….and we would do the beach again with our new cooler next trip.
The owner Laurie contacted me saying she was running to her shop, wanted to see if I was local to Cheshire and maybe she could help me out!
SHE DELIVERED THIS COOLER TO OUR HOUSE SATURDAY NIGHT so we would have it for the beach early Sunday morning!
I was completely floored!
Thank you so much Laurie for going above and beyond to make sure we had this new cooler for our beach trip!
If that’s not creating magical moments of customer service, I don’t know what is!
