Been going to Jacj for years now and find him to be very good at his trade. You don't have to wait forever to get your stuff back. His work area is a work area.......he works at his craft. No fluff just good work.
I have taken my (various) tractors to Bob's for 10+ years. If you are looking for a corporate, politically-correct workplace, with the prices to match(!), he may not be your guy. He has gone above & beyond nearly every time: finding used parts to save $, working late in a time crunch (sometimes can pick up same day!), and my mower(s) always look brand new when I pick them up, and run that way too! I highly recommend Jack (the owner) and his work!
