I cannot say enough good things about our experience at KIA Blasius in Watertown, CT. After being turned down for financing at multiple dealerships due to our credit situation and significant negative equity on our trade-in, we honestly didn't have high hopes when we walked through their doors.
From our very first meeting, Sammy Medina and sales manager Mark Deal made us feel welcomed and understood. Rather than dismiss our situation, they took the time to truly listen to what we wanted and needed. After our initial consultation, they spent about 45 minutes running preliminary numbers and came back with several realistic options. What impressed us most was that they presented the choices without pressure – they simply laid out what they felt could work and let us decide the direction we wanted to go.
Once we selected a few options, Sammy and Mark truly went to work for us. By the end of the process, we drove home in our first-choice vehicle – a beautiful new 2025 EV6 that turned out to be more of a better deal than we had hoped for, with a monthly payment that was actually less than what we had asked for!
Throughout the entire process, both Sammy and Mark were incredibly friendly, empathetic, and understanding of our situation. There was never any "double talk" or high-pressure tactics – just honest, straightforward communication. Sammy was exceptional at keeping us informed every step of the way through emails, texts, and phone calls. And Mark? Every single time we saw him, he would stand up to greet us with a handshake and that warm smile that reminded me of a favorite uncle you just adore.
