    Just picked up our 2026 Nissan Kicks and let me tell you starting with John or sales representative all the way to Arrmond who handled the finance part(we were his first final close deal) . Every one we encountered were professional, polite, and very happy to help. John was the best, spent over an hour showing us all the bells and whistles which we are now comfortable driving our new car. Thank you Crabtree Nissan!

    Brought in my car for a service that is unrelated to the problem my car had after they gave it to me. My car wasn’t locking anymore or making any noises when locking and unlocking. Noel Machado tried to make it my problem that it was like that BEFORE I gave them my car. Still waiting an hour while I write this just to get my car back after they created a whole new problem. Who knows how long I’ll be here and I made it very clear I will not be paying for a problem they created. Another thing I only agreed to come in for the services Noel Machado said he would give me a discount for and only one service was done. I have paperwork that he himself put a star after it with the discount price and today he said only one service he was giving me a discount for. I brought it up to him and he denied it and said “I put the price next the service for pads only.” So why did he star both services then ? You just star things randomly ? Taking back on his word just to make that sale. Make sure to record everything he says if have him. My family has been coming here for a very long time and it’s the last time I’ll ever get a service here and neither will my family want to come after hearing all of this.

    Update: I previously left a negative review because of a frustrating situation but after I spoke with the manager everything was handled professionally. He communicated very well, listened, and honored what the previous employee promised me. I really appreciate the way the situation was corrected.

    Ben in Middlebury is the most knowledgeable and down to earth salesman I have ever encountered!
    I have bought many cars and no one comes close to his kindness, non-pushy, and professional salesman. It was such a pleasure dealing with Ben & the entire team.

    I usually don’t write reviews but I just had to share my experience. This is not your typical car dealership where you’re pressured into making a purchase. My salesman Armand was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the used car that I bought and he has a very sophisticated attitude when it comes to all cars, not just Nissan. We did a thorough walk around of the vehicle and he was not afraid to show me the minor flaws the car had (but what used car is in perfect condition?) After spending a few hours with me I was sold, and Armand as well as the entire team including Robert the General Manager made sure that I was comfortable and reassured, as a car purchase is always one of the biggest purchases of your life so as stressful as that is, I felt well taken care of. During the transaction phase of my purchase, the finance manager Mike was very respectful and open laying down the numbers itemized, so you can see there were no hidden fees or added fluff that many other dealers will throw at you. Mike was also very transparent with my loan, showing me that the rate I was approved for, was actually the rate from the bank, no added surcharge like many other finance managers will do. At that point I enquired about an extended warranty and gap insurance, as Mike did not pressure me into one from the start, as again, most other finance managers would. Mike was able to provide me with an amazing bumper to bumper warranty and gap insurance, while still keeping me in my budget price range. Although I didn’t buy a Nissan, the car I purchased will be going back to Crabtree for every service it needs, as you will see this is not your run of the mill dealership. Crabtree Nissan will be the place I will continually recommend my friends and family to, as I am still shocked at how seemless and stress free this car buying experience was. I felt like I was buying my first car all over again and having that freedom and reassurance that I am in a safe, reliable Crabtree vehicle. Don’t forget to ask for Armand when you go in! You can’t miss his friendly and welcoming smile anyway. I hope this helps you in your vehicle purchase search!
