Ordered window trim online that was discounted a number of years ago. Because I am no a customer, I could not complete the order online. I received an email the next day from Joyce and a following up call from her the following day. I called her back and she setup the order and shipped the trim out and received it in 2 business days later. perfect fit and not bad shape for possible 25 year old trim. Very friendly to deal with on the phone and professional. Prices are great also.
