I am literally obsessed with their cheesecake brownie. I get it almost everyday during my lunch break. One of my favorite sweet treats OAT

Morning light drifted over the quiet streets of Pawling,
where the trees still held the calm of the train station.
I stepped into Sunflour Bakery — a small place, yet full of warmth.
The scent of coffee mingled with the sweetness of fresh bread.

I chose a tuna sandwich, simple but beautifully made —
soft bread, clean flavors, and a touch of care you can truly taste.
Their coffee beans were rich and bright,
as if they carried the brightness of the morning itself.

What stays with me is not only the taste,
but the kindness — the gentle voices, the thoughtful service,
the feeling that someone still believes in doing things well,
quietly, every single day.

I've recently started working in the area and i've always been a coffee girl. Well, this bakery and cafe has breakfast too, and although I will used to say "I hate breakfast", this place has changed my opinion entirely. I love the atmosphere, there is such cool and nice staff who work behind the counter making food and experience five stars. I hope they never close they have the best cookies, and breakfast sandwiches to die for. I literally never write reviews, i'm Gen z that's like not a thing we do...I think. This is place great. Ugh love.

Rob and the crew are awesome. We are visiting from Arizona, and we stumbled across this delightful coffee shop! The cappuccino was simply amazing, and the lemon bars gave me a flashback to when I was a kid! It literally brought tears to my eyes…

Ali and her family are so accommodating for your needs and will do anything in their power to make sure you have a great experience.

We are working with them for our upcoming wedding and they have been patient, accommodating and been able to address all our needs. This is on top of the fact that all of their desserts are delicious!

Be sure not to miss their custom sugar cookies. They are great artists on top of their baking skills!
