Excellent full-service snowboard/ski/bike shop. Well-stocked and offer every kind of service. I stopped by today to get new boots and bindings, and the gentlemen were knowledgeable and genuine. They helped me buy the right stuff without trying to upsell me, and installed the new bindings for free as well. 10/10, will be coming back and recommending to friends in the area.

OC Ski/Bike EXCEEDED expectations today. Double flats a couple miles up the trail from their shop an hour before they closed on a Sunday...and I don't live or know anyone in the area and my car was 15 miles south at Harriman trailhead start. Uber was going to take 30 minutes just to get to me. Logan (pictured with me) shot out in a truck to rescue me, and Master Tech Karl had me rolling again quick. Both guys super knowledgeable on everything road, mountain, tubeless, electronic shifting...whatever...they know it. Great conversation, great fix.

Ron was very helpful! My wife and I were looking for advanced high performance skis for my kids. These are very hard styles of skis to find locally, especially in the NE. He had a few varieties to choose from and we ended up getting the best deal around (even online) on two sets of Atomic Bent Chetler minis. He had the bindings set and skis waxed while we waited. Thanks Ron! If you are looking for an awesome performance ski with great customer service, look no further than our local Goshen ski and snowboard shop! We will be back. I had a bit of misfortune while riding on the Heritage Trail and busted my chain. Luckily, I was a short walk from the shop so I stopped in. Ron, the owner, was there and his team was able to replace my old chain with a shiny new one in very short order. The price was great, and the service was quick. Everyone at the shop is knowledgeable and passionate about outdoor sports. I definitely will stop in the next time I need some gear!
