I dealt with Rosanna and she made the process seamless efficient and I’m very happy with my experience. I highly recommend going to Rosanna when you’re trying to get a car👌🏽

I purchased a 2025 Tiguan R line on Monday from Roseanna Candia who worked so hard at showing me several cars and their features. Before showing me the cars, she asked me what I was looking for in a car such as body type, comfort and safety as well as the extra bells and whistles that make the car a pleasant comfortable ride. I was most impressed as she took all that time with me and I also saw her greeting other customers to let them know she would be with them shortly. Roseanna also made me comfortable as she introduced me to her entire staff. I was pleasantly surprised to also meet the wonderful owner Tim who made time to chat a few minutes. Gene the general mgr, finance mgr and all the sales people are quite an awesome team.

Amazing experiences every time! I’ve come here twice now since my original dealer was being a little weird and East Hills VW is great! They caught a slow leaking nail in my tire that my old dealer said was just a sensor issue for a year, they explain everything fully, are upfront with the costs, and they respect younger customers & don’t treat them like they have no idea what is going on with the car. Also I love the video they send at the end of the visit with how your car is doing & what needs to get done.
Overall I will definitely be coming here for all my future VW service needs☺️
