My wife and I just drove back from Boston and on the way saw more Suburu’s than ever. The next day, due to heavy traffic on the LIE, I switched to Sunrise Highway and happened upon East Hills Suburu and I met William inside. Having never seen one, he took me outside and showed me several different models in stock. He ran thru the basic features but I had to get home so we discussed another visit.
I came back a few days later with my wife and William made us very comfortable. There was no pressure, no hard sell, just great patient service. We bought a great Forester for my daughter who lives in Albany. When we picked up the car, William took his time going thru the car, showing us how each features worked. The paperwork was real easy and my daughter loves tooling thru the snow with her new car. I would definitely buy my next car from William and the East Hills team. Great people.
