We had the best time visiting Bella Acres Farm and Sanctuary! Jason, the owner, is such a kind and inspiring person — he’s a legally blind USMC veteran and spends every day caring for so many animals with so much love and dedication. You can tell how much heart he puts into this place.

There are tons of adorable, friendly animals — goats, pigs, alpacas, dogs, ducks, chickens, and more — and my two-year-old absolutely loved it! It’s such a great spot for families, and my little one (and I) didn’t want to leave.

Right now, Jason is saving money to rebuild the barn that sadly burned down earlier this year, and he really needs to get it finished before winter. Every bit helps and goes straight toward keeping all these sweet animals safe, warm, fed, and cared for.

We called on a Friday and were able to visit that Sunday.

We’ll definitely be back — it’s such a special place and so worth supporting!

My name is Mari and I had to let everyone know about the lovely most peaceful experience I had at the farm today!!
Jason is a gift to the animals and he was kind to take my rooster Caramel into his space! I was desperate for a nice place for my rooster considering he is also docile and very sweet. And I want my rooster to finally be where he belongs; the farm!
Also, wishing the best for Jason and the farm animals!
He works really hard to ensure everything is running! Please consider donating to him and his farm so that he can have more food for all the animals under his care and rebuild his farm!

Thank you Jason for all you and I trust my little
caramel will thrive with you and his friends!!

My best friend crossed the rainbow bridge recently and I found myself missing the comfort of being around animals. I called Jason the day before the July 4th and despite a packed morning, he made time for us to visit his sanctuary of rescued goats, pigs, chickens, alpacas, turkeys, and more.

Jason is currently raising funds to rebuild a barn lost in a fire. We were happy to contribute towards a new barn so the animals will be warm in the winter and donate some of our dog’s food and toys. It was personally a very healing experience for me to spend time with animals again and we’re so grateful we got to experience it! Thank you Jason!

Jason is a kind and compassionate person. He works hard everyday to care for the animals at his farm. He takes on so much responsibility and cares for all the animals on his own. Sadly, he lost his barn due to a fire. The animals luckily are doing very well, but without a barn it is an extremely long day for Jason. Jason and the animals are such a pleasure to visit and spend time with. Everyone should experience visiting Jason’s warm, loving, and educational sanctuary for animals. It would be so beneficial for people to make donations and lend a helping hand to keep this safe haven for animals going strong. I’m proud of Jason’s effort to save these beautiful animals.

Jason is an amazing host and provides such a wonderful gift to all of the animals he works with. Do not hesitate to come visit this sanctuary farm. We went with our three younger kids and had an experience completely unique compared to other farms. All of the animals were comfortable with us, most even friendly enough to come up to greet us. We enjoyed time with them and hope to come back soon!! Thank you again!!
