Had an amazing experience buying my first car with Angelo. He explained the whole process to me simply and was efficient in what he did. He worked to get me to the price to be at and kept me updated through the whole process. When there were delays at my signing, he made it right and even got me a tank of gas! The finance manager was also so patient and amazing listening to all my questions and concerns. The warranty is amazing and I never felt pressured to pay for anything I didn’t want to. I love my new car and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I cannot say enough about this dealership. I have bought 6 or 7 cars in my life, but Luis stood out to me as the best salesman I have had so far. Luis helped me surprise my wife with a new Ford Explorer. The price he gave me beat the other dealerships I went to, the communication blew all others away but most importantly he helped me stage a surprise with the truck in the showroom with a bow on it. He acted along with me as if he had never met me until the time was perfect to tell my wife her truck was sitting with the bow on it. He had the entire sales force clap for her. After, he sat with us to show her and I all the features the truck had. He really knew the ins and out of the truck, it was impressive. I would absolutely buy from this dealership again and I would request Luis only the next time. Great place, they shoot straight and sell with honesty along with providing personal care as I saw with the help in the surprise.

My husband and I couldn't recommend this dealership and our salesman Jason Mirels enough. We came here on a whim after leaving a different dealership pretty upset after they did a bait & switch on us after confirming prices and driving 1hr & 45mins from New Jersey. We walked through the door and immediately could tell this is the dealership we should've came to originally. Jason greeted us, asked what we were looking for and after we told him about our experience at Empire Ford he told us we were going to leave happy with a new car today & we absolutely did.
