I recently had a phone consultation with Chelsea Magro, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the start, Chelsea took the time to address all my questions without any rush, making me feel valued as a client.
We thoroughly discussed the vitamins I was taking, and she provided thoughtful recommendations for changes. Chelsea was incredibly flexible, even allowing me to text her pictures of the foods in my refrigerator to assess their alignment with my weight loss goals and other medical conditions. This practical approach was extremely helpful!
One of the highlights was the tailored recipes she provided, perfect for someone like me who is just starting out. I had no idea what meals would support my goals, and her guidance was invaluable. We covered everything from exercise to portion control, including tips on managing cortisol levels—like eating fruit before coffee.

Chelsea is a joy to deal with. Her knowledge is deep and thorough and she has helpful, simple ideas of how to increase what needs to be increased and lower what needs to be lowered. She sent me a bunch of ‘do-able’ recipes adapted to my preferences, and it is much appreciated. I’m the epitome of “Old dog, new tricks” and was a little nervous about changing my (bad) habits. None of her advice and/or suggestions are so difficult or foreign to my tastes that I can’t easily manage the changes. Added plus-there’s no pressure or guilt applied. I’m so happy to have found Chelsea.
