The office is clean the nurses are great and the front desk lady's are all friendly. Tha doctor is very good at working with you on the allergy you have.
Krishna is absolutely the sweetest and kindest doctor I have met she is as kind as her staff and diligent as well. I can only imagine if she treats my daughter and I as lovely as she did and she’s worth going to as often as possible to be seen as often as possible because she Genuinely motivated to do good for medicine I could understand it and see it through her eyes immediately I understood the problem and she sought out a solution. The Mid Island Allergy Group always provides excellent patient care. My doctor (Dr Pugliese and Krishna Patel) to Staff (Jennifer Ancona RPA) and front desk staff, even the Billing department has been really helpful. Dr. Pugliese never talks down to his patients. He explain everything clearly until he is satisfied that you understand.
I found that this office is extremely professional, courteous, and easy to schedule my appointments. Both Dr. Puglisi and Dr. Patel have a very cordial, and friendly approach are are surrounded by a wonderful staff.
Dr. Puglisi was wonderful. He was thorough with my son’s allergy examination. He was very knowledgeable and informative. This was my first time seeing him and it will not be my last. All future appointments will be booked with him. He is a parent just like me so he understood all my concerns. I truly appreciate his honesty.
