Heatherwood Hillcrest

The Leasing agent that worked with us was very nice and professional. Compared to Fairfield, Heatherwood is 100 times easier to deal with. We really appreciate the time they took to show us the apartment and how quick the approval went through. Before Heatherwood we went to Fairfield and the experience between the two is night and day. Heatherwood and our agent Joy were wonderful. Highly recommend this company when looking for a apartment.

I’m enjoying my apartment at Hillcrest. Much more affordable than my three bedroom townhouse. They gave me a new carpet and maintenance is very friendly. Joy was wonderful and everybody in the office was very polite and helpful in every way. I think I’m gonna like it here

From the start Joy was very helpful. She answered all my questions, got us the unit we really wanted and made the move in process extremely easy. The maintenance guys that I met on the first day were super friendly and informative. It’s very clean and peaceful here. We are happy to be here.

I’ve lived at Hillcrest Village for the past 6 years, I felt the need to write this. I do enjoy all the amenities Pool Gym etc. I’m in a similar field of work where you can do A million things right and one thing wrong and that one thing although minimal could ruin my day. On that note. I do not know his actual title super or assistant A maintenance technician but Eddie is a dedicated, hands-on supervisor/worker who works tirelessly and leads by example. He is meticulous in his work, courteous and polite in every interaction, and always professional. Through all the changes and challenges, Eddie remains steady, reliable, and positive — consistently bringing a smile and uplifting energy to those around him. Also being A single woman with friends kids it’s nice to see a familiar comforting face. Thank you A.H

5 stars for Joy. She was absolutely amazing and got me moved in three days after applying! She made the whole process so quick and easy no stress at all. I met two maintenance guys that gave me the keys to the apartment. they were very informative and so down to earth. The community is quiet and so well kept. I love it here. Thank you Joy!
