Joe and Dennis are the nicest guys I ever met. My house was close to being foreclosed upon when I received a letter in the mail from Joe. I had been trying to sell it myself and wasn't getting close to my price. I was nervous contacting Joe, but he was really easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable.
