So there's a ton of bad reviews for this place and to be honest they don't really deserve it. You need to remember Fairfield owns literally thousands of units and the idea that they're just going to constantly update units for no reason is completely unrealistic. You also have to realize some tenants will be as malicious as possible when things don't go their way. Is everything perfect? No, but every problem we had was fixed same day and sometimes within the hour. They re-did our entire bathroom after a few tiles came down when they could have just replaced the fallen tiles. All the maintenance guys were really cool and made you feel comfortable having someone in your living space while they fixed things. They let you live like it was your house. You can paint, have pets, wall mount your tv's, have people over, and so on. Over the years I've seen them put up with things other landlords wouldnt put up with for a day. If you're doing a walkthrough and there's an issue with something they'll fix it before you move in (or close to it). The only real issue we had was laundry but that was a 3rd party and units are now being retrofit with washers and dryers. There's always going to be a balance in life. For us, this was about perfect. They weren't ever around unless you needed them. We had privacy, freedom, and comfort. All in all a good experience.

The apartment is beautiful with crown molding, Tuscany cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, along with granite counters and vanities. Maintenance is very responsive and we’ve never waited more than a day for service. The residents are very friendly and welcoming, as are all the well-behaved people friendly dogs. The children are polite and quiet. Add to this magnificent sunrises and sunsets with your own private beach and you’ll be in heaven! Having owned several houses, this is a wonderful alternative for carefree living!
