I had an excellent experience touring the Oakdale and Colony Park Heatherwood locations with Lauren. From the moment the tour began, Lauren was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. She walked me through every part of the community, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and provided helpful insights about the amenities, floor plans, and the surrounding neighborhood.

What stood out most was Lauren's genuine interest in helping me find a home that fit my needs. She never rushed the process and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

I left the tour feeling confident and excited about the property. I truly appreciate the time and care they put into the visit.

I am so glad I found this place. I was really trying to avoid complexes because of bad experiences in the past but this one was just different. It’s a very nice, small, clean community with polite people and is very well kept. The apartment I got is beautiful, new and very well priced. Cindy, the leasing agent, is such a helpful, responsive and sweet person. The leasing process with her has been such a pleasure and I’m really looking forward to living here in this community and having staff that are great people.

I moved to this apartment two days ago. Previously, I was also in the heatherwood apartment, but not this one. The leasing team are the same as the community I lived before. I love the girls in the leasing room, Dina, Cindy and Julie! I'm happy to see them again! Julie is mainly in Oakdale location. She's my main leasing officer this time. Dina and Cindy also helped me in the leasing process. The maintenance guy Raymond walked through the apartment on my move-in day. He's very nice, very professional and very efficient. He also helped me to fix the windows in my apartment after I moved in. Last night I found the heater didn't work. Another maintenance guy (I don't know his name) answered my phone and quickly came to fix it. So far, very good experience!

Julie was our leasing agent and literally was so kind and helpful while my boyfriend and I were trying to find the right apartment. She is truly a wonderful person and that’s the personality that most people need to want to move in. If you are thinking about moving into a quiet, beautiful apartment, they offer a very affordable brand new spaces. Julie always answers the phone and if she does not have an answer to your question right away, she does everything to get the answer and stays on top of getting back to you to let you know. That’s someone who is consider of our needs. Moving into an apartment is a big deal and Julie made it way more simple than we expected. Julie and Dena were the biggest reasons we knew this apartment was for us. They both made this process as smooth as possible. We are forever greatful to of had Julie to assist us with moving and we will remember that for as long as we’re here. If you are looking for a quiet, neighborly, small, happy community… call the heatherwood and ask for Julie. This was the best decision of our life and moving here made all our dreams come true. Be sure to call and ask for Julie or Dena because they will make this process super easy and make sure you are comfortable at all times. Julie met all our needs and it meant so much to us. I will be staying at the heatherwood for a long time. Julie, Dena and John are all wonderful workers in this community and without them we don’t think this move would be as easy and they made it. Wonderful workers, great community and everything we’ve ever wanted came true because of them. Move into the Heatherwood, you won’t regret it!
