I found Cornerstone Properties after approaching realtor friends of mine about helping me sell a large old property in Queen NY. Luckily for me my friends were not comfortable taking on the challenge and referred me to someone who was ready for one. They assured me that this woman Kerri will get you the best deal, she is a Rockstar in this business they said. I was a little hesitant because her office was based in Suffolk County and wasnt sure if selling homes on LI was different than NYC. Kerri proved me wrong there. From start to finish the of sale her focus and communication to me and all others involved was professional ,thorough and on point. This sale was a big ordeal for me and my family. The property was in rough shape and around 100 years old and had 4 units with tenants living there . In a matter of a few days she had a buyer and then the challenge of emptying the building of people and garbage was the next step. Together we accomplished our goal of getting the building emptied and sold in what seemed like an impossible , short amount of time. Kerri is AMAZING!!!! I more wanted a garage than a house and she totally understood. I’m pretty picky and am not really a modern style person. I wanted quiet, woodsy, and garage and shed space. I was working on a tight budget but Kerri showed me many places and wasn’t pushy in the least!! When we walked into the house I bought I knew it was meant to be mine, Kerri did everything in her power to make it so. She even dealt with the mortgage brokers so I could make offers but knew where i would stand with my budget!! I have recommended Kerri many times and will continue to!!!!
