Called for a roof leak and was promptly contacted by Dan, Frank, and Ryan. An appointment was made to have a roofing company come to re-roof my portion of the building. Roofing was completed in 1 day. Then right after that the guys came to repair my living room ceiling. Looks like new. I must say, the response, work and follow up was top notch. Thanks guys. It's good to know they have my back.
Dan and frank went totally out of their way along with the rest of the offices between maintenance and the front office ,( Tamara and Nichole)to get me a microwave installed today. And it is so appreciated. Totally professional and I am in the Service business so I really appreciate them going out of their way. totally appreciated and happy holidays
Very impressive walk through from Lauren. Extremely professional & knowledgeable on the rental spaces available and local area too! She addressed all of my questions before I had the chance to ask.
In addition, setting up the appointment and having a walkthrough was same day speed. Communication and directions were all clear and concise making the review process easier than I imagined. Thank you again for being so courteous and making the new home search as stress free as possible.
I’ve been a long time tenant at Colony Park and, while I’ve had a couple of less pleasant encounters in the recent past, I truly want to recognize the amazing staff members who make such a difference here. Ryan from maintenance is exceptional!!!! ALWAYS professional, courteous, & knowledgeable. He’s helped me many times, including during a recent lockout, and always goes above and beyond to get the job done right.
Victor has also been consistently reliable and friendly whenever I’ve needed assistance. And Joe and Cindy are always professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. It’s people like them who make being a tenant here such a pleasant experience. Heatherwood is very lucky to have this team!

There’s trash everywhere on the grounds with garbages overflowing for days. The pond is an awful chemical blue color with dead fish that surface around the edges and the grounds in the front of each apartment are not consistent. Some buildings are maintained with nice bushes and flowers - others have dead weeds/bushes. There’s a security cabin located at the front of the complex that remains unmanned and is for pure aesthetics. There are teenagers who do not live within the complex that ride their bikes through, causing a disturbance, breaking into the recreation building consistently.
Police are also present almost daily.
The community has certainly declined in its standards for tenants and the appearance and lack of care reflects that significantly.
