I cannot emphasize enough how expertly Mel and Jesse handled the sale of my mother's condo in Plainview. Their service goes FAR BEYOND that of the typical realtor's. They wisely assessed the work needed to be done to prep for sale and gave me a very reasonable price for painting, sheetrock repair, etc. Jesse and his crew did excellent and fast work. Then Mel took over. She did the 'staging' smartly and tastefully. Both collaborated on a marketing plan that culminated in huge buyer turn-out on the first weekend the condo went on the market. Mel, an exceptionally skilled saleswoman, had it sold in 3 hours....for $130K over asking price. Mel and Jesse took great pride in their work and made themselves fully available during the entire process. Perhaps the best business transaction I've had in my long life. Love them. You will, too.
