Kurt and his team were the best decision my wife and I ever made in terms of the home buying process. As first time homebuyers we were nervous but from the first time we met Kurt he kept our mind at ease and walked us through the entire process of buying a home. We felt well equipped for the housing market we were walking into. Kurt is very well connected in New Jersey and that is a huge plus point for securing a home. When we started putting in offers for homes Kurt was great a navigating that and negotiated very well. We were able to be under contract and close on a home in a short time because Kurt provided connections to great lawyers, mortgage brokers, and inspectors that worked well as a team. Kurt’s experience and know how allowed us to find unique opportunities to secure a home in a challenging market. We would definitely recommend the blue flags network!!

I don’t have the words to express how wonderful it was working with this team of professionals. They are not only knowledgeable, they also walk with you through each step of the way. I am going to miss our texts, emails, calls. They were always so encouraging and nothing seemed too hard or overwhelming for them. Selling a home is not easy, but when you have the right team that wants to work with you, even the difficult times didn’t seem bad. My advice is put your trust in them!! I bought my house and sold my house with them and I couldn’t be happier. As Kurt would say to me “You Rock”, right back at you!!!
