I’ve known Alex for over 15 years. When I hired him to be my realtor I didn’t know how good a realtor he was but I did know that he was an honest man who I could trust.
Now that we’ve gone through the entire process of buying our home I can say that besides being an honest and trustworthy man, Alex really knows his stuff. Alex showed us homes in this competitive market for months. He guided us through the bidding process more than once. When we finally found our home he helped us through the entire process from beginning to end acting as “Project Manager” with all parties involved. I don’t believe that anyone else would have gone above and beyond like Alex did. I would recommend him again and again. And already have!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Alex and his team to secure our home. Alex was incredibly responsive to all of our questions (even the outlandish ones) and never made us feel like we were doing anything other than exactly what we wanted to be doing. Alex guided us through the complicated process that is “home buying” and truly helped us make one of the biggest decisions of our life with confidence. The last thing I would say is that Alex truly advocated and represented both my wife and I, especially because the people we were buying from were dragging their feet. In the home search, he was great at communicating new protocols regarding covid, and he was always in touch with new listings. He was also very patient every time I sent him ideas or had questions. Overall, Alex was always available and willing to help. Throughout the buying process, he was great at negotiating a deal to get the house we wanted and at clarifying the steps ahead. Through inspection, appraisal, and every other step, Alex was able to clearly communicate the process and help us through each part. He gave advice when asked for it, he gave great referrals, and he showed up to meetings when we couldn't be there. I always felt at ease because I knew if there was a problem, he would be there helping or fixing. We are absolutely thrilled to own our home and couldn't have gotten it without Alex.

From a seller's prospective, Alex was just as communicative, patient, and helpful. He had a great photographer to help put my condo's best foot forward, and he always had great staging tips. He was good in advising on listings and good too at listening to what I wanted and meeting me where I was. Because of him, I was able to sell for a good price and on a speedy timeline. The closing process was rather stressful since the banks were slow at the time and the buyer's agent was not always on top of their game, but Alex was great at going above and beyond to make sure all parties followed through. I panic emailed/texted many atimes, and he was always great at calming me down. Alex is someone who is not just great at his job, but knows how to make sure everyone else is getting their job done to get the process done effectively.

Overall, Alex is professional, knowledgeable, patient, communicative, and fun to work with.
