Choosing a realtor to work with can seem like a daunting task. After meeting Brian Conklin the decision was simple. Brian was attentive, taking notes and asking questions. We gave him a list of “must haves” It was specific and picky.
Throughout the entire process he was easy to reach, communication skills are efficient for sure. He found us the home we were looking for in the timeframe we hoped for. Immediately after closing we put him right back to work looking for tenants to occupy the home we were leaving. Again, another smooth process.
He will go above and beyond and displays a work ethic you don’t see much of anymore. A total pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone in the market. (Especially those like me with high anxiety).
