When issues do arise, as they will in any apartment building, the maintenance team is impeccable. Not only are they quick to respond to tickets, but they are QUICK at resolving issues in a super friendly and efficient manner.
Dan came to resolve a few issues today that we just submitted tickets for yesterday! He was funny, friendly, and went out of his way to ensure we were all sorted and good to go. Really, just so extremely efficient and helpful. I usually don't write reviews, but when I encounter such great service I just have to be honest and call it out. Really great experience!
I have lived here 3 years and it’s the best place I have ever lived! The property and the building are well maintained. But it is the staff that makes this building what it is! They have an attention to detail.They truly care about the resident. If you have a question they will get you an answer! They know most of the residents by name which to me is important. Joe and his maintenance staff is amazing they get things done in a timely fashion and are great at communicating if they are working on an issue. The Concierge Samara has a photographic memory and as you walk through the lobby she will say “you have a package” she never forgets what’s going in or out and is a ray of sunshine! The front office of Patrick, Kerry and Audrey always go out of their way to help no matter what it is! Of course we can’t forget Justine she is a wealth of knowledge on leases and the building! The building is great but this staff helps makes this place a home! Good job guys!!!!
Deciding to live at Alston has been one of best decisions my family has ever made! The apartment, the property and the amenities are even better in person than what is shown on the main website. Deciding to move out of our home that we resided in for 25 years was a difficult choice. That was until we met Kerry Pacella. From our initial site visit to signing the lease, she made the process enjoyable, which everyone knows is rare when you’re moving. She’s professional, efficient, and just incredibly kind and friendly. And now as a resident, it is just a delight to see Kerry and the rest of the team every day. They are all wonderful support system to the entire Alston community.
I love living at the Alston! The staff are always friendly and quick to help, whether it’s with maintenance or just answering questions. The complex itself is clean and well taken care of, which makes it feel safe and welcoming. I love having the gym and pool right on site — they’re always in good shape and make it easy to relax or get a workout in. My apartment is comfortable, modern, and has everything I need. Overall, it’s been such a positive experience and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home.
I've had such a great experience living at Alston at Station Yards! The entire staff is amazing, and they truly go out of their way to make sure residents feel at home. I especially want to shout out Kerry and Pat, who has been incredibly kind and helpful throughout my time here.
When I was looking to transfer apartments, Kerry went above and beyond to keep me in mind and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It really meant a lot to have that kind of personal support.
The community itself is always clean, well-maintained, and full of thoughtful touches that show how much they care about resident happiness. I can’t recommend Alston enough – it’s a wonderful place to live with an even better team behind it!
