Chaffee's Swimming Pools

I have been having a lot of trouble with my salt water pool lately with cloudy or green water and not registering any free chlorine. I’ve been to other pool stores and nothing they have told me to do works. I got a recommendation to go to Chaffee’s and they were amazing. One thing they told me that others didn’t was that my phosphate levels were way too high. I went home and put the phosphate down in and my pool cleared right up. I still wasn’t registering any chlorine even after shocking it. Andrew and Brianna had asked me what my salt generator was set to. Being a new pool owner, I wasn’t even thinking about this. I immediately went to check it and realized it wasn’t working. There was no power to it and turns out it was a faulty unit. I had it replaced and now everything is perfect. Without them, who knows how long it would have been until I realized that. This is something that no other store had asked me. I can’t recommend them enough!

Chaffee’s service was great and efficient. As a new homeowner, I was lost on how to operate our salt water pool. Sal and his team opened our pool for the season, and explained everything to my significant other and I. Sal answered our endless questions with ease and clarity. We’ve been enjoying our pool this summer season with many thanks to Chaffee’s! I definitely recommend their service!

I cannot say enough good things about the Chaffee's crew! Chaffee's installed an in-ground pool, firepit, pavers, patio, and hot tub for us in the fall of 2021 and they did an absolutely beautiful job. They always kept us informed on what was happening and designed our whole backyard for us.
