Never have had an easier experience when it came to buying a car!! Zach was nothing but professional. Walked out of there with the car I’ve always dreamt of, and with the biggest smile on my face, not only because of the car, but because of how welcomed the whole staff made me feel. After searching for months looking for a good used car deal i came across West End. I contacted them via email and Zach responed quickly to my inquiry. We setup a time to come by and was taking a test drive within 5m on our own for 20 minutes. There was zero pressure from Zach and he was very accomodating with a service request i had prior to taking the vehicle. There wasnt any upcharge or pressure to buy an extended warranty either, just a very smooth and painless process to buy the car. West End has a customer for life here, my daughter is very excited with her new car and so am i knowing that i was taken care of by Zach and folks at West End!

I recently purchased a 2018 Ford F-150 XLT SuperCrew (2.7 EcoBoost) from West End Automotive Center, and the entire experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The truck is beautiful, but what truly stood out was the way Zach, Ray, and their family operate the business.

It is immediately clear that their inventory is hand selected. Ray goes to auction and does not grab whatever is available. He chooses the cleanest trucks he can find, then brings them back to their shop where each one is inspected in detail. This is not a flip-and-sell dealership. They invest real effort into every vehicle before it reaches the lot.

While I was there, they had a Silverado on the lift receiving new rotors, tires, brake pads, and other mechanical work. They were even needle-scaling the frame to clean and protect it. It is rare to see a dealership perform true mechanical reconditioning rather than a quick wash and photos. They review Carfax reports, address mechanical needs proactively, and make sure every truck is ready for its next owner.

Zach allowed me to test drive multiple trucks without pressure, answered every question, and was transparent throughout the process. Ray clearly takes pride in selecting trucks that are solid and worth improving, and Hannah (I believe that was her name) was also extremely friendly and helpful.

This is a genuine family-run business that cares about the quality of what they sell. If you want a clean and well-maintained truck that has been properly inspected and reconditioned, not simply detailed, West End Automotive Center has been one of the best dealership experiences I have had. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a 2021 box truck about a month ago. I specifically worked with Zach. The guy is a class act. He held the truck for me on the lot for over a week in order for me to get my funds in order.

To no fault of anyone, a month after purchasing (and loving the new work truck) the starter went on it. Not only did Westend Auto replace is free of charge, they replaced it in the matter of a couple hours and I was back on the road not missing a single day of work during one of the busiest times of the year for my business.
