I had the pleasure of working with Heloise Koger, and I must say, she’s an absolute gem. Her extensive knowledge, respect and kindness made our interaction truly enjoyable. She made sure I test drove the Grand Highlander I was interested in even, if it was for short distance. She offered me coffee while explaining the difference between the Platinum series Grand Highlander & the not so loaded base displayed on the dealership floor.
Her detailed explanation made my decision as easy as ABC though, I knew the Platinum series was going to be a bit expensive compared to the displayed model on the dealership floor.

It was my first time buying a new car and I would definitely recommend Crabtree Toyota in Watertown. Eldhi was amazing, kind, and patient with me throughout the whole process. Answered all my questions in a very timely order and was very accommodating. Priscilla in the finance department was also very kind and knew her stuff, but not pushy.
