I ordered a turbo rebuild kit for my Yukon and realized both turbo's were in need of a rebuild. They quickly processed the order and even provided free shipping due to my military service. Great group of personnel working there. Processed and shipped and received quickly.

I have ordered multiple parts from them. I ordered my HKS BOVs first and they were very open and honest saying they didn’t have them in at the moment and were waiting for a shipment. They made sure I was always in the loop with communication.

Next I ordered my wastegates from them. They sent me a message that they shipped with a tracking number and they were at my door very quick.

When shopping the website for turbos I noticed they didn’t have exactly what I wanted and I was concerned I wouldn’t get what I wanted. I reached out and they called the manufacturer and verified they could get me what I wanted, they also verified the prices and the upgrades for the turbo and got it on their website the next day. 10/10 customer service will be shopping here every time first. Cheapest new parts and great communication.

Absolutely a delight to speak to True professional Craftsman that know their craft I spoke with Grant each time and one time I spoke with Jesse both men were very knowledgeable and helpful and Advising me of the proper oiling system needed especially when it came to my coolant that is fed to the turbo as I had experienced turbo failure multiple times I've had less than positive experiences with other companies and I will be shopping here for the rest of my Turbo days thanks to all the staff here my product showed up on time well packaged fair price and we're back in business again
