Due to the big winter storm the windshield of my car got smashed in and broke because a carport fell on it. I was so stressed about the repair but one of my parents found this place, and we decided to take it there. They got us in super quick and had it fixed within an hour! The glass looks amazing and they even put my parking sticker and dashcam back! I really appreciate the amazing work they did, fast, easy, and way less stressful than I could have ever imagined. I called Plymouth Glass to have my windshield replaced due to a very large crack from the cold. They came out the next day and were done within the hour. Very clean, polite, and friendly service tech. Very happy with the service I would definitely recommend them.
The whole process at Plymouth Glass was easy and perfect. The intro call was seamless. They were helpful and my tech. Steve was pleasant and went above and beyond. They made the entire windshield replacement easy! They came out to me and took care of scheduling both the tech to come out to do the windshield install and the other tech to re-calibrate the windshield cameras. I had an amazing experience, dealt with Mike C. the Operations Manager who really knows his stuff! He was very polite, helpful and reassuring that my vehicle would be fine. I was driving down the highway, and I heard the loudest noise from a rock which hit my windshield and was quite alarming. I then noticed a chip on my windshield and another smaller chip next to it. Mike was very helpful and sent out Steve the technician. Steve was very personable, Fixed the chips in my windshield and you would never know they even were there! I'm so happy with the service I received that I will always go to them for any window needs in the future! Don't ever fear over a window situation, just give them a call and they will take care of you like family!
