Seth and the whole crew over at Roost Powersports are hands down the best in the business. This is my 4th CF Moto, but first one purchased from Roost and I will not be going anywhere else from now on. Easiest transaction I have had in the powersport world. Whatever you need they got you! Back in May, I bought a CFMoto 450SS from these guys, and it’s time for a long overdue review. The whole process was incredibly smooth—no haggling, no pressure to add extras. I walked in, sat on the bike, instantly fell in love, and made a spontaneous decision to buy it. The finance process was handled quickly, and I picked up the bike the very next morning.

The service department, especially Seth, was fantastic. I called him a lot with questions about extra keys and other things, but he was always patient and helpful. He even scheduled my break-in service around my availability and made sure my bike was treated like a priority. I’ve never felt like they left me hanging.

Recently, I had a low-side on the bike (it’s fine!), so I brought it back to Roost for a checkup. They inspected and rode the bike with no hassle, told me what needed fixing, and even took care of it—all without charging me!

When I’m in the market for a 600cc, Roost is definitely at the top of my list. If you’re thinking about getting a CFMoto, these are the guys to go to!

I bought my son and I our first dirt bikes. They loaded it up for me . Answered all the questions I had.Registered for me. Ensured I had the correct safety gear. To top it off they even stayed past closing for me to pick up my bike. All with a great attitude . Even almost half a year later they still make sure to handle any order or question I have with a sense of urgency and nothing but great service . Bought my first bike here last week, Kawasaki Ninja 300. The person I mainly dealt with was Seth and he made it quick and easy. I don’t know all that much about bikes and he helped me out a ton with picking the right bike. I got the bike for an amazing price and they made sure all the maintenance was done and put new tires on before I picked up the bike. The bike is running great and is the perfect fit for me. Hands down 5-star service! I can’t say enough good about my first time experience with this young group of ladies and gentlemen. Excellent customer service from the the first phone call. Called for my break in service for my Yamaha MT-09 and they said drop it off day before my appointment and it would be ready by end of the next day per my appointment. Called me back 5 hrs later to come pick her back up! Young man at counter walked me through what was done and answered my many questions concerning maintenance and upgrades. I was even talking with the GM who also was very knowledgeable and helpful. Well done, and everything you don’t receive from other service dealers. I even talk with tech who performed the work on my bike. Very comfortable experience. Excellent
