    I had a great experience at Modern Mazda. It had been awhile since I had been there as we had some issues with getting a car with our last car. We needed a car as soon as possible due to an accident and definitely wanted to leave with a car. I called and made an appointment and when I arrived I met with Steve Duffy. He was so great. Very informative and helpful with getting the best deal. I left with a car that day and am very happy with my purchase! Thanks again Steve! I’ll be sending my wife your way when her lease is up!

    I decided to use Modern Mazda after my own dealer couldn’t schedule my wife’s CX5 for a month. I was actually hopeful that we would get great service when they sent me a video of a mechanic explaining what he was inspecting and what problems he discovered in real time. So why only two stars? The two stars are for the two times I had to return the vehicle to correct mistakes the mechanics made on one front brake (did not attach a hose) and for the exhaust leak that I discovered was still leaking after I got the car home (was told the exhaust gasket was improperly installed). And to add insult to injury, I had to wait a week before they could schedule me back in to repair the exhaust leak. When I got there at the scheduled time, they didn’t have a courtesy vehicle on hand to take me back home so I had to call my wife to come pick me up while they again repaired the exhaust leak. And after all that, my wife had to ask for some kind of relief due to our having to drive both our cars back to the dealership twice for said repairs. We ended up getting a free oil change for our troubles. Maintenance cost was $800+.
