Terry was very helpful every step of the way. I was an out-of-state buyer so the process is more difficult. He was patient and answered all my questions. The van, I got it drives like brand new even though it's thirteen years old
Terry was very helpful and easy to work with. We took a Ford Cmax for a thorough test drive, examined the undercarriage and interior. The thing was mint and reasonably priced (very good on KBB scale).
Only flaws with the vehicle was it missing the rear wiper blade and it coming with only one key. When mentioned, Terry apologized and ordered up the wiper and scheduled a key appointment in our area.
Overall very happy with the experience, costumer service, and vehicle.
The trucks and vans are top notch! Terry hand selects the vehicles and Ray the manager is great to deal with. He really made it easy for me.
I dealt with both Terry and Ray, and I have to say that they are not the typical car salesmen. They were both "genuinely" friendly, and extremely helpful. They make car buying ALMOST fun.
