Excellent Customer Service. I had gotten a checkup done on my car from the Mazda dealership and was informed that I would need a rear break rotors and pad replacement - a several hundred dollar job. Having heard good things about P&C Motors, I chose to bring her down there for the work. I had waited about 6 months before getting the work done, so I figured it was well past due. The day of my appointment, P&C called saying that there was no wear or damage that necessitated replacing my breaks. Mazda was just trying to make a quick buck; and rather than take advantage of the situation, P&C chose honesty and integrity. They earned my trust before doing any maintenance or repair whatsoever.

I don't live in the area but I work in the area. Therefore I am not familiar with any auto repair shops or a mechanic in this area.

I read good reviews from customers about this business, but I'm cautious about family members and friends pumping up fake reviews on businesses

I dropped my vehicle off for the day with a headlight issue. The headlight would not work even after I replaced the light. This is now a electrical issue where a bad wire needs to be traced down . This can easily be a run away train, hours and hours of testing and probing looking for that one broken wire or short.

At a State labor rate of $150.00 this could easily be a $800 - $900 bill exaggerated hours added on if a shady shop was doing the repair.

With a electrical diagnostic you are pretty much at the mercy of the shop owner and you are hoping for some honesty and integrity.

I am happy to say that I found this shop here in Thomaston.

I went to P and C for the first time for brakes and rotors along with an oil change. They got me in the shop the next day, did the repairs and it was ready that day. Very courteous and friendly staff. The prices were a little high to me but I can live with that in light of the quick and friendly service. I plan on returning for my next repair or maintenance work.

I took my car to this shop after I had a check engine light pop up on my car, they were able to identify the problem quickly and fix it in a timely manner. My car ended taking longer than expected and a mechanic worked on it after hours so it would be ready for me to pick up the next morning. This shop is honest, reliable and filled with good, hardworking people! I would recommend this shop to anyone! Prices here are great, and I didn’t feel as though they tried to nickel and dime me for every little thing, they just wanted to fix my problem and have me be on my way!
