Discount Office Solutions is my go to place for new and uses furniture. When I owned my own business I have felt with the owner Al Sr and was never dissatisfied. Now in my current roll as Fleet/Facility Manager for a Manufacturing company I’ve had to rely on Al 2 the owners son to help our company when we have expanded over the last 4 years, they are courtesy and get things done at a very fair price. They even help with moving offices when we’ve asked with furniture not purchased from them. I will always use and count on Discount Office Solutions for all our needs. What stood out was the quality of furniture and the fact it was a one stop shop. We were able to purchase a large meeting table with chairs and desk and chair and have it delivered and set up effortlessly. This company came highly recommended by a close friend who had a fantastic experience with both their service and products when setting up their own business. From the moment I made the initial call, I was treated with genuine respect and appreciation by Al Sr. He even made sure to let his son, Al Jr., know I would be visiting the following day.
When we arrived at their location, we were warmly welcomed and received outstanding service. Al Jr. was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. We had visited another business, Transfer Enterprises, the day before — and frankly, there was no comparison. At this company, we felt like we were dealing with honest, dedicated professionals who genuinely cared about helping us get everything we needed for our new office.
We ended up purchasing the largest and most essential piece of furniture from them — and they truly delivered. When we learned that our desk was backordered from the manufacturer, Al Sr. personally made sure I was taken care of. Thanks to him, I now have a stunning white desk proudly sitting in my new office, and it was delivered the very next day.
