Was looking for a full size bed with frame and bookcase sort of headboard. Found one online at Bob's discount furniture. Was perfect for what I wanted. Went through all the forms credit card info etc. Finally hit place order. Then was informed could be up to six months for delivery. Unacceptable! Call Bob's customer people. Was told they could deliver some pieces almost immediately but no idea when the rest would be delivered. No help at all. Found frugal online. Marcin was my salesperson in Bristol. Sure hope they open again.
This was my second purchase in 6 months. Unbelievable deals on high quality Ashley furniture. Bought a split king adjustable bed and it has everything know to man on these frames. It has massage, lights, usb ports, and for half the price at big box stores. The delivery was professional and complete. Thanks guys.
Excellent prices, I was able to get a King size mattress and bed for the price of a mattress anywhere else. Excellent customer service - I ordered online and thought the 3-5 days was from order date so I contacted them once I did not receive a notice of delivery within 3 days. They indicated the days started once the order was at the local store. So if you choose pick up at the local store, you can pick up once they receive from the warehouse. Since my delivery was delayed due to the bed ordered, they searched the beds coming in and found one a different color in order to provide my order in a few days. They continued to text me throughout the process to ensure a smooth delivery of my products to my home. Set up was quick and they were in an out in record time.
Great experience! I worked with Maggie to order my furniture and she was very helpful and patient through the whole process. Delivery team was also great! They went above and beyond to get my furniture to me as quickly as possible and in great condition. Would definitely recommend!
Arrived with my daughters looking for specific pieces. We browsed a bit, and then we were approached by Marcin, who was helpful without being pushy. He was more than accommodating . Its a warehouse, so don’t expect anything fancy. This was a great find- bought 3 quality pieces for under 400.00!! Would go there again.
