Went to get estimates on fixtures for a new basement bathroom. The front desk sales lasy was kind enough to show me around. She took my phone and email. When i requested estimates for various appliances she called a manager. She asked where i lived and said i had to go through the developer. I told her I had no such agreement or obligation. They never sent me the estimates. I then went downstairs to ask for plumber references. They refused. They said they would have to get clearance from the developers contractor. Seems they have all this tied down. I will not do business with a place that wants to force me to use their chosen contractors. No courtesy to even send me prices
Very good place serving professional trades people. If you're not licensed, you may be better served by contacting someone who is licensed.
