I’ve always had a great experience with Brian in Sales — I’ve purchased from him before and truly appreciate his professionalism. Unfortunately, this time the overall dealership experience has been very disappointing.
During the vehicle orientation, one of the features wasn’t working. It was brushed off as a “battery issue” that would fix itself after driving. The technician never actually inspected the problem, and the issue still isn’t resolved.
I’ve followed up multiple times, and as of October 30th, nothing has been fixed. The dealership promised a valet pick-up that never happened, and now I’ve been given a regular service appointment a week away — with no urgency for a brand-new car issue.
Takeaway: The dealership needs to ensure cars are delivered fully functional, technicians inspect before commenting, and new-car issues are handled quickly and professionally. Don’t sell blindly — stand behind the vehicle and the customer experience.
