Since 2008 my wife and I have purchased or leased all our cars from Verner-Cadbury and have only had them serviced there. Service Manager Brian is excellent as are the technicians. We’ve been very pleased with this dealership and will remain loyal customers.
Very good service team—from Brian at the front desk to the techs in the shop. I’ve taken my truck in three times so far, and the work has always been excellent. One of those visits was for a major airbag recall that required all of the trim and headliner to be removed. I was really skeptical about having this done because I was worried the trim pieces wouldn’t go back on correctly and the truck would end up with rattles.
When I picked the truck up, I was genuinely impressed. I actually got the truck back in better condition than when Ford originally assembled it. The headliner near the rear glass hadn’t been fully clipped in from the factory, and the tech fixed it—better than Ford did. Very good service!
This dealership is outstanding. Brian and Jimmy in the Service Department are professional and courteous. The mechanics are top notch. This dealership can be TRUSTED! They will not push something on you that you do not need. They have a moral compass for truth, which is greatly appreciated.
