Schumacher Chevrolet of Livingston

Have purchased two vehicles from Schumacher Livingston in the past 10 months- both amazing experiences. Would recommend anyone buy their future vehicles from here. Straight forward, honest and Mike the financial guy really helps you figure out the best deals and warranties. David F, great salesman- worked on his day off to get me my truck as soon as possible.

When I started looking for a car, I was jerked around by so many other dealerships that by the time I reached out to Schumacher Livingston, I had quite a chip on my shoulder.

David Friedman, our salesperson, is the antidote to the poison that plagues the car sales industry. I hate to generalize like that, but it's a shame how many deceptive car salesmen are out there!

David was such a joy to work with. He was courteous, straightforward, dependable, and knowledgeable. He mentioned that his background was in healthcare—and it shows! I certainly needed some hand-holding through the process, and David skilfully knew how to guide me through without making me feel stupid. Also, I was grateful that he treated me as the primary decision maker throughout the transaction (and not automatically defaulting to my husband, which I think most women can agree happens more often than we'd like).

There were no "sales" tactics, no pressure. We knew what we wanted, and David made it happen.

I'd also like to mention Cory, a manager, who was so kind over the phone, and Michael (another manager) for being so patient as we looked over the paperwork.

At the end of the day, we got the car we wanted, at the price we wanted to pay, with no surprises.

And Mike was efficient and simple in explaining all the paperwork. Even better that it was so close to us as well! Will definitely be back!!
