A true family-owned business with a level of responsiveness, fair pricing, and dependability that is beyond rare. I cannot recommend Dylan and his crew enough. They've made my emergencies true priorities, responding with speed and care. I've never once felt like I'm being taken for a ride or taken advantage of like I have at almost every turn by the other companies mentioned above. Douglas Plumbing and Heating have been my go to for over 13 years now. I just had them replace my gas furnace. Their work is top notch craftsmanship down to every little detail. Their prices are fair, they are responsive, always answer all my questions honsetly, and their crews work hard to produce quality work. I can't recommend them enough!
Douglas installed a new boiler and came again to do some other repairs. Dylan and his team installed the boiler (the team was knowledgeable and personable)and Dylan came back for the other stuff. He was professional and a delight to have in our home. Pricing was reasonable. I recommend them for your plumbing and heating needs.
