Prestige Plumbing Werks

I met this company at Tavern day in Burlington back a few months ago. I had spoken to them about previous work, had questions in regards to my well water filtration system, and of course had a leak coming out through some pipes that needed to be replaced.

Anthony was pleasant the second he came to our home. He greeted us all and his care and concern was there, not faked at all. Showed him the problem area and he gave us three quotes on how we would like to repair it. Also by joining their perks program, it helped lower the bill as well! Always a bonus for that.

I'm no plumber and am lost in a maze when it comes to that but Anthony helped explain everything he had completed and the whys behind it. The best part besides Anthony's great service was the fact the job was completed the same day!! I was waiting to have to schedule another appointment but not with this company.

Great job and I should of found these guys a long time ago!

Great service! Prestige Plumbing Werks-
Excellent service from start (Ashley) to finish (Zak). Zak completed all repairs professionally and thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and was very friendly throughout the visit. He also cleaned up completely afterward, leaving the area spotless—highly recommend!

We had a trickle of water from our kitchen faucet which was much worse on Christmas Eve ( of course!) Tyler arrived on time, wore booties and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained what was going on, gave us a reasonable price and fixed the issue! He also fixed a a couple of old valves that needed attention. We did not have to buy another expensive faucet! We highly recommend Prestige Plumbing Works!

When we had an issue with water leaking in our basement, Prestige was able to come out the same day to try and diagnose the issue. They were upfront about not being able to solve the problem and pointed us in the right direction of someone who could.

While they were unable to fix that issue, Prestige made things right by coming out the next day on a SEPARATE issue and fixing the problem efficiently.

Our technician, Anthony M, was super friendly, understanding, and worked with us to make things right. He also explained all of our steps and options up front. We really appreciate him and Prestige and will use them again in the future!

Overall good experience. Disappointed to find out the spigots are made of plastic pieces. I’m scared to over-tighten. For the amount of money spent I cannot believe there are plastic pieces on my house. The tech was great, Zak. But the cost of the spigots and piping was 870. So not happy about cheap parts.
