After my wife Diane drove into the neighbor’s garbage cans again, I knew it was time for a new vehicle - clearly the alignment was off. I spoke to a fellow named William back in September and he sold Diane the cutest little black Hyundai. Very shiny. He even slapped some new tires on that bad boy. Diane is from Poland and quite a talker, and he handled her with such patience and kindness. I was very impressed. Quite a wonderful experience, thanks to William and all the other folks at Auto House.
Excellent experience! From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly and helpful. It's been over a decade since I purchased a vehicle and Will put me at ease, answered all of my questions, and made me feel like I could walk away at anytime. This was truly a "no pressure" sales experience.
When I was ready to talk numbers, Kyle thoroughly walked me through the finances, laying out different payment scenarios until I was satisfied with the final payment plan. He took the time to address my questions (and I had a lot) until I felt confident with both the purchase I was making and valuation of my trade-in car.
Before I drove off the lot, both Will and Kyle took the time to make sure I was happy with my new ride and let me know I can still reach out with questions.
Overall, I feel that I was treated fairly and respectfully and I would absolutely recommend Auto House of Luxury to anyone looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle!
Got an oil change here the other day and the staff/service was amazing! Also will be hopefully buying a new car with them this upcoming weekend. Highly recommend this dealer!! Alot of beautiful cars at very good price points!
