Richard Chevrolet easily gets a 5 star review. I am over an hour away so I called to make sure a vehicle was still in stock. I was informed it was still available and they will have it ready for me to see once I got there. I immediately received a text from the dealership stating the vehicle was ready to be seen and if there were any changes I would be informed. The entire staff was professional the entire time they were dealing with me. I had the pleasure working directly with Elissa who is very knowledgeable. She listened to what I needed in a vehicle and we determined the vehicle I drove over an hour to see was a prefect fit for my needs. Elissa deserves her own 5 star review as she did an amazing job and was very professional through the entire process. The price I purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk for was a great deal and could not be beat. The vehicle was exactly, if not it was better, as described. When I am ready for another vehicle I will absolutely reach out to Elissa again!!
Francine was a dream to work with. She handled everything from beginning to end with class, humor and genuine feeling. It was like dealing with a member of your family that you actually enjoy.
